Spring Cleaning and all that Crap
I've not been feeling the xanga love lately, and I know, you get what you give around here. Truth be told, I haven't been giving much. I know this. So, I'm doing that thing many of us do every so often, clean house with subscriptions. Just remember it's not me, it's you, no that's a Lily Allen album (and quite a good one), it's the other way around. I just know there are people here I am friends with and people here...I'm not, so I'm getting rid of the not. Doesn't mean you aren't a good writer or anything, it's just that I don't have time to keep up with all the people I subbed to. So, I'm unsub-ing. Blah blah blah.
Oh, yeah, and I know I am now old (or at least middle aged) and all that, but it is still weird that my dad is on facebook and twitter.

Well, I still LOVE ya! So feel that will ya?
I've been a BAD blogger and a worse commenter as of late.
I guess that's an ok thing if you look at it as I'm busy and happy and off away from the computer! (A vow I made to lose this large ass of mine requires it be far far away from the desk chair!)
I was thinking of you the other day...I had breakfast at Frank's Diner where we met!
I hope you didn't get rid of me. LOL Now I have to go look cause I'm all paranoid. Xanga makes it a pain in the ass to remove subscriptions. Or at least I haven't found a better way to unsub.
I totally understand-I do that periodically. I haven't been around much as I usually am. How was Lost in Austen? I've been meaning to see that.
My mom is on Twitter too. Crazy old people.
facebook and xanga are almost the only reason I'm still in touch with Real Life friends and family.
I'm just too darn busy to call everybody.
my mom is on facebook now, which is WEIRD, but that cod she hasn't found my twitter.
I refuse to twitter.
@buckeyegirl31 - Lost in Austen was really quite good, I thought. Definitely worth the 3 hours.
@neuroticfitchmom - I'd not dump you, you were among the original xanga people I started with, I think when I still had my original moniker. I know we aren't super close, but it would feel wrong not to read you.
@AtomBlonde - Aw, I do feel the love. Mmmmm....Frank's! Nothing like dining in a rail car. That is such a cool place...I may have to send my dad and his gf there if they decide to go to the Pacific NW instead of New Mexico this summer.
