Dude.
Ruth Buzzy...Freakin' Ruth Buzzy shops at the Tom Thumb (Safeway or Randalls depending on where in the country you may live) in my neighborhood.
The Kroft Superstars are such a childhood imprint of mine, I'm like, over the moon about this. She was in Lost Saucer, that along with the Bugaloos were among my favorite shows (I was never really fond of Land of the Lost, the Sleestack creeped me out).
She apparently owns a farm, and she doesn't consider herself retired, simply living the life she chooses. How cool is that?

very cool. i just recently purchased a Kroft dvd
ooh, that's very cool.
@aviran - You are such a kindred spirit! What shows are on the disc?
(yes, i do realize we do have some significant differences in political areas, though I think the spirit of out beliefs is the same if how we think it should generally come around is different)
this is what i have:

I still think you will come to the light... i know things move a little slower in texas **wink
That is SO damn cool!
I always thought that "Lids" was cool. Talking hats. I was too young at the time to realize that "Sigmund and The Sea Monsters" wasn't your normal everyday family.
I was really into "Land Of The Lost". I remember that the family wound up back in time when an earthquake opened up a "worm hole" that sent 'em back in time. Hell, I was an elementary school idiot. But even I realized that the show jumped the shark when their uncle joined them after falling into their world during an "aftershock" to the original earthquake. I don't think that I actually said the word "bullshit!", but the innocence was gone, man...
So, um, yeah, I had to follow your link to remember who she is. (I recognized the name, just couldn't come up with an image in my mind.)
I share a birthday with her. You share a grocery store. Just one more little link in our weird, tangled lives.
@aviran - Just awesome...I wonder if the library has it to loan out.
